YAeris MCP End-User License Agreement
Last Updated: May 2026
Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before creating an account or using the Yaeris MCP Platform (“Software”). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant & Scope of Use
Yaeris Digital Services grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This Software functions as a hosted middleware gateway connecting conversational Artificial Intelligence models to third-party Applications Programming Interfaces (APIs).
2. Account Security & Team Access
Authentication: Access to the platform is managed via secure authentication. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, Bearer tokens, and account credentials.
Multi-User Organizations: If you invite team members via our organization features, the master account owner assumes full financial and legal responsibility for all tool executions, credit consumptions, and data access performed by invited members.
3. Credit-Based Pay-Per-Use Billing System
The Credit Model: The Software utilizes a dynamic billing system where $1.00 USD corresponds to 100 platform credits. Credits are deducted in real-time based on the granular execution cost of the specific tool function triggered by your connected AI interface.
Zero-Balance Termination: If your wallet balance reaches zero mid-stream, the Software will immediately terminate the active connection and return a standard JSON-RPC error.
Refund Policy: All manual credit top-ups, automated recharges, and redeemed promotional codes are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value outside of execution capability within the Software environment.
4. Third-Party Credentials & API Compliance
Credential Vaulting: To utilize certain third-party integrations (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WordPress), you must provide authentication credentials. These credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
Platform Limits: You acknowledge that your use of the Software remains strictly subject to the rate limits, quotas, terms of service, and developer guidelines enforced directly by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads API, Shopify Admin API, Meta Graph API). Yaeris is not liable for any third-party account suspensions resulting from automated actions triggered through this middleware.
5. Limitation of Liability & Guardrails
AI Outputs: You acknowledge that the Software merely acts as a routing middleware pipeline. Yaeris holds no liability for the downstream content, structural accuracy, or potential hallucinations generated by your connected AI model.
Automated Ad Spend: You assume all financial risks associated with automated budget modifications, campaign changes, or copywriting updates executed via our ad network integrations.
Middleware Formatting Rules: While the Software implements internal quality guardrails—such as enforcing character constraints to ensure generated Google Ads meta descriptions remain strictly under 90 characters—final validation and verification of compliance with advertising network policies remain the sole responsibility of the end-user.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Malaysia.
