B. International Transfers: Your Personal Data may be transferred and processed in a country outside of Malaysia. Any such transfer will be done in compliance with the PDPA and ensuring adequate data protection safeguards are in place.

The Security Principle (PDPA Section 9)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We only hold liable to the breach of information within our website process flow.

The Retention Principle (PDPA Section 10)

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill The Purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Once the data is no longer necessary, we will take steps to ensure it is destroyed or permanently deleted.

The Data Integrity Principle (PDPA Section 11)

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data we collect is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

The Access and Correction Principle (PDPA Section 12)

Under the PDPA, you are entitled to the following rights:

  • Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of your Personal Data held by us. We may charge a prescribed fee for this service.

  • Right of Correction: You have the right to request that we correct any of your Personal Data that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Log Files

Yaeris Digital Services follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, Yaeris Digital Services uses ‘cookies’. Our Payment Partners

Yaeris Digital Services is using Stripe and PayPal as a 3rd party credit card payment provider. We do not store any consumer’s credit card information. All information are being flowed to 3rd party payment providers. We only hold liable to the breach of information within our website process flow.

Yaeris Digital Services’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

PDPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the PDPA , among other rights, global consumers have the right to:

Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

Request that a business deletes any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Yaeris Digital Services does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records
